The 2nd Annual Locust Grove Cruise Night, which started for some as early as 8-9 am, turned out to be gorgeous day with a really good turnout.  Around 100 cars, trucks, motorcycles and other special interest vehicles showed up for the all day event.   Cruisers had almost 30 members registered, and set up around Jerry’s garage.  Thanks Jerry!  The food wasn’t bad either.  In fact, Jerry’s smoked ribs, pork tenderloin, spicy and not-so-spicy bologna, and hot links were all delicious and disappeared quickly.  Terry’s super-fantastic yummy chili disappeared before anyone could say ‘this is the best chili I ever ate’.  Terry & Peggy also provided all the fixins’ including Fritos, cheese, and some excellent spicy-cheesy hot links.  Members brought other goodies like potato salad, chips and desserts. Cruisers took home almost half of the TOP 50 plaques, including Steve Shipman, who won Sheriff’s Choice in his 1970 Chevelle.  More details are provided on the RECENT EVENTS Page.
